Highlighted Blogs?

I have learnt how to do a Blogroll which sits on the left of my blogs.





But I have notice some Bloggers have a Hightighted Blogs list, to the right of their bolgs.





How do I do this?





The next question will be about RSS feeds - I haven't the foggiest what they are going on about and why do you need them? Weird.

Highlighted Blogs?
Highlighted blogs:


When you go to edit or compose a blog entry, click the "Show Options" link (it's under the white text area/left side of the page) %26gt; then, check the box near "Highlight this blog entry."


-To remove an entry from the highlighted list, you just go back to that blog entry and uncheck the box.








Feeds:


You don't really need them. You can leave that box empty and it won't show up on your page when someone views your page.





It's a way to have the newest content from certain websites [such as news websites, blogs, etc] show up on your page. If you're interested in reading the article, you or the people viewing your page can go to the website to view the full content.





Some example of websites with feeds/RSS:


http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/help/3223484....


http://news.yahoo.com/rss


http://www.cnn.com/services/rss/








So, if you wanted to place a feed on your Y! 360 page, you'd just paste the URL of the feed into one of the Feed boxes.


I.E. http://rss.cnn.com/rss/cnn_topstories.rs...





You can look at your favorite websites, etc, to see if they provide feed/RSS links/content.

as for the rss feeds, thet are in simple terms a feed to a website, only some websites have the rss symbol.
