Some say that company blogs positively encourage employees to play an active role in the formation of ideas within a company and they essentially make employees happy workers because they feel included and loved. However, to what extent do company blogs encourage workers to procrastinate and post about office gossip? So, company blogs - good or bad?
Are company blogs a good idea?
I would say: It depends. Blogging, expressing opinions and collaborative brainstorming is certainly a great idea and a few large companies, like Microsoft have already a system for corporate blogging. If you feel that the system is going to being actively used and an asset for the company, I'd say go for it and start a small pilot project within a department.
Reply:it isn't good becouse it have it have morally bade effect to the employee
Reply:I don't believe blogs will change the attitude of the employees.
Either the company has a culture of sharing and participatin (then a blog is a natural way of living that culture) or it doesn't (in that case the blog will feel awkward to the employees and they will abuse it for unrelated stuff like office gossip).
