the page at the URL specified above, before submiting this form:

What does this mean? Where do I put it in my blooger blogs? Does anyone know what I'm asking about here? I tried adding as a third party html and it was rejected. Do I have to put someplace specific in the blog's html?

In blogger you have the option of using plain text or html for adding a post. Choose the html setting at the top right side and just copy any paste your code into it and then publish it and see what happens.
Reply:Try copying the HTML provided directly into a new post and see if they take that. Make sure you copy it exactly. Or do you hav a blog roll? Try putting the link there.

Also, here's another place you can submit your blog

http://today.com/submit-blog - it doesn't require a reciprocal link, but it's nice to do :)
