My EX is constantly posting blogs about me on myspace, how do i get him to stop?

my exhusband knows that this bugs me, he knows that i have a subscription to his myspace blogs, and i once unsubscribed but kept checking them. he keeps writing all these blogs about our divorce. and how i ruined his life, and he now has started writing about this guy that i'm seeing. i only check (and print or save them) because i'm working on a restraining order file.





What else can i do to get him to stop? i know he does this just to bug me, and it works, but i have stopped telling him that i read them. But it still is driving me nuts.

Well if the courts won't or can't stop him i would start my own blog of poor little me i didn't want to leave my ex but when i found the videos of him having sex with other men for money i just couldn't stomach it or how he can't get it up with viagra and a very small popsicle stick. Seriously you have a brain you know what his worst fears are if he won't stop then you start , the winner is the one left standing when the shooting is over.

Reply:It's called harassment honey, call the police show him the proof you have. He's not going to stop till the law makes him. Just keep copies of every thing he writes but don't let him know that you are doing it. The jerk needs to have the law on his butt.

print out everything that he blogs and when u go to court show them whats he;s be doing. it will be much easier to win ur case that way.





make sure you save everything he has written about you and your boyfriend then sue him for slander.
Reply:Well, you can hack into his site and delete everything.





But if you don't have the prerequisite hacking skills, why don't you just try being nice to him. It might work. You really can't do much about it as it is freedom of expression and all that jazz, coupled with the fact that unless he is fabricating or forging stuff it would be difficult to get a restraining order.





Maybe he still likes you and thats why the obsession with you. Invite him round for dinner. Visit him in his lonely shell once ina while and he will probably stop writing mean things about you. Or better yet, you can find him a girl that will give him grief about his always writing about you.





Or just stop reading the blogs.

Reply:If the restraing order doesnt go through, knock that boy out. The only reason I said boy is because that is the way he is acting.

Reply:Just tell him that he is acting like a big baby, and immature, and I bet he won't like that. He'll feel insulted, and believe what you say about his childish acts, and hopefully he'll stop.

Reply:Contact a lawyer or legal counsel. I am not certain what you can do, but they will have the legal aspect. I believe that if anything is slanderous in nature you can probably sue depending on state laws.


If everything that he is saying is true then he is probably protected under the Constitution.
